What is a quartershare?
Each unit is deeded to four co-owners who rotate on a published calendar — one week every four weeks, or 13 weeks a year. It's real property, owned by warranty deed, not a right-to-use timeshare.
How many people can stay in a condo?
Each tri-level townhouse has three bedrooms plus a den and 2.5 baths. It sleeps up to 9 in beds, or 10 with a sofa sleeper.
Where do I check in?
Check-in is at 5:00 PM at Valley Run Property Services, 35 Tecumseh Rd, Waterville Valley. Arriving after the office closes at 5:00 PM? Call 603-960-9122 at least 48 hours ahead for lockbox and check-in instructions.
Is the athletic club really included?
Yes. Guests and owners have complimentary access to the White Mountain Athletic Club's pools, hot tub, sauna, steam rooms, fitness rooms, and indoor tennis and pickleball. Racquetball and personal training cost extra.
Are pets or smoking allowed?
No. Mountain Sun Quarters is a non-smoking property, inside and out, and pets are not permitted in the units.
